About King of Realms

King of Realms is a free turn-based strategy game that compresses the kingdom-building fantasy into bite-sized tactical battles. You begin as a lone knight with a single peasant and a hearthfire — the flickering heart of your fledgling settlement. Gather wood, stone, and food from the land; raise farms, barracks, and walls; then lead your growing army across the valley to crush whoever stands in your way.

The six-valley campaign takes you from the bandit-infested Mudhollow to fortified enemy strongholds, each map introducing new terrain, tougher opponents, and deeper strategic demands. Your knight is always on the field — powerful but mortal. Lose him and the valley is lost. Protect him with soldiers, archers, and trained knights while expanding your economy to outpace the enemy.

Inspired by Age of Empires and chess, King of Realms plays in 10–15 minutes per valley and runs entirely in your browser with no downloads or sign-ups. Every pixel is drawn on a canvas — earthy tones, firelight, and the quiet tension of a kingdom being built from nothing.
